NYC UPSCALE LOBBY DESIGN

Designing quality requires tapping into a wealth of knowledge. In-Site’s knowledgeable interior designers and decorators used their nearly 20 years of expertise in the design and construction industry to create an upscale residential lobby design, located in Upper Manhattan. Since NYC is so competitive, the design selection needed to be on trend, with high quality materials and finishes, as well as build to last.

Reception desk is placed to be near a seating area, perfect for visual requirements from staff and inhabitants alike; framed in a wood veneer and stone countertop. The vaulted ceiling also cladded in the wood veneer is dramatic and a true statement. Piercing through, the contemporary brass light fixture and herringbone stone floor brings the design to the current day, while still being timeless. Furnishing in green velvet accent chairs and paired with purple sofa is interesting when paired with the custom designed floral area rug, also accenting those similar color tones. Finished off with custom cabinetry and art selections that pop provide the perfect final touch of this multi-family Lobby creating a warm and inviting environment.
