Luxury Residential Work Space in Multifamily Building

Sophistication and functionality are the touchstones of this conference room design. In this high-end multi-family building, In-Site’s designers renovated an unused storage space, to create the ultimate amenity workspace.

For this project, we focused on integrating natural materials like rich wood and sleek stone to create a timeless and inviting space. The walls are lined with elegant wood paneling, and textured wallcoverings in a rich emerald tone.

The luxurious wood grain pairs seamlessly with the dark and rich stone accents, while the plush seating enhances comfort for long meetings. The goal was to create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that inspires creativity and fosters collaboration.

When renovating this amenity workspace, it was important to incorporate bold accent colors and statement hardware strategically. Rich brass light fixtures and hardware add an element of opulence, giving the room a modern, refined edge.

The deep hues of the green walls are contrasted by an accent of a magenta wallcovering, adding visual interest, and a sense of vitality to the space, without overwhelming the senses.

Together, the combination of luxurious natural materials and bold, vibrant accent create a conference room that is both functional and visually striking, perfectly suited for meetings and presentations.
