LOUNGE

For this long-term client, In-Site Interior Design was entrusted with the complete renovation of the Community Center amenity building within their multi-family residential development. The project began with the demolition of the existing lounge area, fitness center, and leasing office, followed by the creation of multiple test-fit floor plans that incorporated feedback from various stakeholders and operational teams throughout the approval process.

The reimagined Community Center now features a sophisticated resident lounge with kitchen and dining areas, inviting seating, and private workspaces designed for both relaxation and productivity. By strategically reconfiguring the layout, we were also able to expand the fitness center, introducing slatted wood accents and dynamic geometric wallcoverings that create a sense of movement, energy, and visual excitement throughout the space.

FITNESS CENTER

By reimagining both the function and aesthetic of the fitness center, In-Site Interior Design created a distinctive environment that elevates the workout experience. The design balances warmth and sophistication through the use of natural wood elements while infusing the space with energy through a bold geometric wallcovering that evokes a sense of movement.

Recognizing that many fitness machines feature individual screens, the design emphasizes windows and natural daylight rather than relying solely on mirrored walls. Where mirrors are incorporated, they are framed with contemporary oak millwork and complemented by wood slat accents, adding texture and architectural interest. The result is a dynamic, inviting, and visually engaging fitness center that inspires activity and enhances the overall user experience.

RESTROOMS

An essential order of business for In-Site’s interior designers was to create ADA accessible restrooms, allowing this luxury community center amenity space to accommodate all residents. Our mission for these restrooms was to design spaces that felt just as intentional as the lounge and fitness center before them.

Each restroom features textured porcelain tile and wallcovering on the walls, offering a sophisticated experience. A neutral color palette emphasizes the elevated textures of these materials, while creating a serene space. Across the board, this development differentiates itself from its competitors with impressive interior design throughout!
