OCEAN AVENUE LOBBY RESTORATION
Restored, Detailed, Enhanced
In-Site designers assisted with the restoration of this 110 year old Brooklyn Residential building in the desirable neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Working with the board members of this Co-op, the Lobby’s existing molding and panel details were restored to enhance the architecture. The damaged concrete fireplace is now replaced with walnut wood and mirror accent treatment, classic decorative lighting was added throughout and the existing terrazzo floor was repaired and polished giving it a new fresh and inviting look.
